The President of the University of Basra conducted a field visit to the College of Law, accompanied by teams from various departments within the university administration.

Following the directives of the President of the University of Basra, and as part of the ongoing monitoring and diligent efforts to develop and improve administrative and academic operations across all university departments, a team from the Studies and Planning Department at the university administration conducted an inspection visit to the College of Law on August 11, 2026.

The visiting team included:

The Director of the Studies and Planning Department.

The visit included an extensive meeting with the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, the Vice President for Administrative Affairs, and the staff of the Planning and Follow-up Division.

The meeting identified and discussed the most prominent current technical and administrative obstacles and ways to enhance joint coordination with the Human Resources Division.

The focus was on developing work processes and moving towards digital transformation in work execution.

These steps are part of the University of Basra's strategic vision, which aims to enhance the efficiency of institutional performance, build a sustainable educational environment that aligns with comprehensive quality standards, and ensure the simplification of administrative procedures between the university administration and its departments.
